Organize PDF puts every page of your document on one screen so you can arrange it like a pile of paper on a desk. Drag a page to a new place, turn a page that was scanned upside down, or throw away a page you do not need. When the order looks right, save it as a new PDF. It is the quickest way to fix a scan that came out in the wrong order, or to build one clean document out of several messy ones.
You can add more than one file. Their pages all appear in the same grid, so you can mix them freely: put the signed last page of a contract after page three of another file, or slip an updated price list into the middle of a proposal. Each page card has buttons to move it earlier or later, rotate it a quarter turn and remove it. With a mouse you can simply drag the cards, and a yellow line shows exactly where a page will land before you let go.
Keyboard users are not left out. Focus a page and use its Move earlier and Move later buttons, or press the arrow keys while a move button has focus. If you moved the wrong page, Ctrl + Z undoes it, step by step. On a phone, drag a page by its handle so the page still scrolls normally when you swipe elsewhere.
Your PDF never leaves your device. Pages are read in your browser and the new file is assembled there, so private documents stay private. Pages are copied as they are, without re-compressing, which keeps text crisp and searchable. Rotation is saved inside the PDF, so the pages open the right way up in every viewer, on every phone and computer.
If you only want to delete pages, Remove pages is a little faster, and if you need to split one file into several, use Split PDF. A file that is locked with a password must be unlocked first. When you are done, you can download the new PDF, share it to WhatsApp from a phone, or continue straight into another tool such as Compress PDF or Add page numbers.
