Almost every PDF has a page you do not need. A scanned contract has a blank back side after every sheet. A bank statement starts with two pages of terms and conditions. A report you downloaded has a cover and an advert you do not want to forward. A form portal limits uploads to five pages and your file has seven. Removing the extra pages makes the file shorter, smaller and easier to read, and this tool does it in a few taps.
After you add your PDF, every page appears as a thumbnail. Tap the pages you want to remove; they are marked so you can see at a glance what will go. Tap a page again to keep it after all. If you already know the page numbers, type them in the box instead, like 2, 5-7, and the thumbnails update to match. The main button always shows how many pages will be removed, so there are no surprises.
The remaining pages are copied exactly as they are, in their original order. Text stays sharp and searchable, links and form fields on those pages stay where they were, and nothing is re-compressed. Your original file is never changed: you get a new PDF with -edited at the end of its name, and you can start over at any time if you picked the wrong pages.
Everything happens on your device. The PDF is not uploaded to a server, which matters when the pages contain account numbers, salaries or medical details. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how often you use it. It works on phones as well as computers, and on a phone the pages show in a two-column grid that is easy to tap.
You cannot remove every page, because a PDF needs at least one. A file locked with a password has to be unlocked first. If you want to change the order of pages too, or rotate some of them, Organize PDF does all of that at once. And when you only need a few pages out of a long file, Split PDF can save them as separate files instead.
